Registration and payment

Your seat is confirmed once payment is received. Pay by card or bank account through Stripe, or by invoice for organizations and groups. Innovare never sees or stores your full card or bank details.

Cancellations, refunds, and transfers

Cancel at least 14 days before a training for a full refund. Within 14 days, you may transfer your registration to a future Innovare training or to a colleague. If Innovare cancels or reschedules a training, you receive a full refund or a transfer, your choice.

CE certificates and attendance

Certificates are issued to attendees who attend the full training and complete the evaluation. Each certificate lists your name, the training title, date, presenters, CE hours, and content areas such as cultural diversity. Partial credit is not available. Please keep your certificate for at least 3 years for your board's audit requirements.

Innovare trainings are taught by Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisors. Each licensing board sets its own CE rules; please confirm with your board that a training meets your needs.

Accommodations

We want every attendee to participate fully. Request an accommodation on the registration form or by email at least 10 days before the training, and we'll work with you on it.

Concerns and grievances

If something about a training did not meet your expectations, email innovareadmin@gmail.com with "Grievance" in the subject line. We will acknowledge your concern within 3 business days and respond in writing within 14 days.

Privacy

We collect the information you enter on our forms (name, contact details, license information, and training preferences) to register you, issue certificates, keep required attendance records, and, if you sign up, send you training announcements. We do not sell or share your information. Forms are processed by our host, Netlify, and payments by Stripe under its own privacy policy. To update or delete your information, email us.
